What we collect
When you send a request through this website, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you need, your preferred timing and any message. When you call or email us, we keep the details you give us. To carry out an inspection and issue a certificate, we also need details of the property, such as its address.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, book and carry out your inspection, prepare your report and certificate, send invoices and keep records of the work. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where we need to:
- with the services that help us run the website and the business. Web3Forms delivers website requests to our inbox, Netlify hosts the website and Microsoft provides our email.
- where the law requires it, for example as part of the pool certification process in NSW.
Some of these services store information outside Australia.
Website analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries, such as a request being sent or the phone number being tapped. These tools use cookies and similar technology, and the data is collected and processed by Google. They don’t give us your name or contact details.
If you call us from one of our Google ads, or call the number shown on this website after clicking one of our ads, the call may go through a Google forwarding number. Google then shares basic details of the call with us, such as the time, how long it lasted and your area code. Calls are not recorded.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, stop Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center.
Storage and security
We keep your information in our email and business records, protected by passwords, and only for as long as we need it for the work and our records.
